My approach
I believe that therapy should be tailored to your unique needs.

My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable to open up, explore solutions, and address any challenges you are facing.

I have received extensive training in both Psychology and Psychotherapy, and I work in an integrative way, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches. These include systemic, psychodynamic, person-centred therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and hypnotherapy. I am also trained in the trauma-focused EMDR therapy, designed to help those who have experienced trauma.

I am a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC reg. PYL38247) and a registered Integrative Psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP reg. 379613).

If you are looking for support, I would be really happy to work together and find the best way to help you move forward

Experience

Over the years I have gained a wealth of valuable experience from working within both Poland and the UK. Within Poland my role was as a Psychologist, in which I worked for Polish Institute of Oncology, where I was providing clients with psychological support and counselling (2012-2015). I have also been consulting families and their children in the Family Centre 'DIADA' in Gliwice (2015). At the end of 2015 I moved to the UK where I have been working with in different NHS services. I have provided support to patients of the Mental Health Wards of Laureate House (Wythenshawe) and Park House (North Manchester) with therapeutic interventions in groups (2017-2018).
I was also responsible of running therapeutic groups for elderly clients of Whittaker Day Hospital in Ashton-under-Lyne (2019). Alongside of my other roles, in October 2016 I started working privately. I have been collaborating with other organisations and charities including charity Together Family Centre. Since 2020, I have been working as a contracted Psychologist and Psychotherapist for The Rooms (Poynton, Knutsford). My passion is providing therapy to the wider/ local community. I am happy to offer psychotherapy, counselling and psychological support.
