What is Psychotherapy ?
Psychotherapy offers a variety of interventions to help clients to overcome their problems. It is a scientific discipline, which uses various psychological methods to help a person to change certain behaviours, thoughts patterns and overcome emotional difficulties.
It can be through bodywork, hypnosis, analysis of unconscious material, mindfulness, metaphors, stories and fables and many others.
Psychotherapists are like musicians, who use various instruments to play a tune, in doing so finding which 'instrument' will be the most helpful and curative for their clients.
Nevertheless, it’s been proven that it is not the type of therapy, but the relationship of trust which is being formed between a client and a therapist, that’s the most curing factor.
